Although Cielo knows all of the greater Cleveland area better than most, she puts a particular emphasis on sought-after communities like Shaker Heights, Pepper Pike, and the thriving waterfront district of Edgewater.

Billy Crafton
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT & REAL ESTATE
Billy is known for his business management prowess. He advises clients in restaurant, entertainment, fitness, sports management, and marketing, and this includes providing business management to major athletes across multiple sports and disciplines as well.
He’s also been deeply involved in real estate and construction for many years now, including nearly everything from flipping houses all the way up to larger commercial developments.
Billy is the one member of the BizRealtyLab team who can speak relatively easy to either discipline, which is very much appreciated.
As a longtime San Diego resident with a love for the San Diego area, he even owns a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym in San Diego proper, where he can be spotted from time to time helping to teach classes and interact with fellow Jiu Jitsu advocates.
